If you are using v2.25.1 or later, please start your support request
by right-clicking the FreeMeter window title bar and selecting “Support.”

You do not have to supply your email address, but if you
do not, we will not be able to send you a response.

If you do not know if your system is 32 or 64-bit, check the
top of the About tab of FreeMeter's Preferences dialog.

If requesting support on FreeMeter Professional, please enter
your serial number which can be found on your registration
email or the About pane of the Preferences dialog.
